Shipping Policy
H&T Wine Gallery delivers within Metro Manila only.

As there is no minimum order we add a P150.00 shipping fee for orders less than P4000.
For every order of more than P4,000 we offer FREE DELIVERY in Metro Manila.
Delivery time is SAME DAY for all orders made before 3pm and 1 business day for other orders (inclement weather conditions may cause delay).
We deliver Monday to Saturday only. Sunday delivery can be made upon request.

You can pick up your order at 24 J Erestain, K-1st Street, Kamuning, Quezon City.
Pick-up time is 1-2 business days.

If your order is outside Metro Manila but nearby, please do contact us at 09171752779 to arrange the delivery, courier will be paid by you cash on delivery.

If you would have special requirements for your delivery or you wish to receive your wine sooner, please do contact us at contact@htwinegallery.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements (additional shipping fees may apply).

Return & Exchange Policy
If your wine happens to be corked (it happens!) do not worry, we can have your bottle replaced!
For such, kindly report it to our team within the 24 hours of bottle opening, keep the cork and receipt, and ensure that 80% of the wine is still in the bottle.
