How is the quality of the product I order?

We do carefully select wines that represents well the typicality and style of their region of origin, and with the help of wine experts and leading supplier in the Philippines. All wines are being kept in appropriate refrigerated storage at all time.

Same goes for our food and deli items, HACCP standards of hospitality businesses are being applied to ensure you receive your order at its utmost quality. 

What are the payment methods?

How much is the delivery fee?

As there is no minimum order we add a P150.00 shipping fee for orders less than P4000.  For every order of more than P4,000 we offer FREE DELIVERY in Metro Manila.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We deliver within maximum 3 business days . However inclement weather conditions may cause delay, we will always keep you updated should there be any delay in your order delivery. We deliver Monday to Saturday only.

What if my wine is corked?

If your wine happens to be corked (it happens!) do not worry, we can have your bottle replaced!

For such, kindly report it to our team within the 24 hours of bottle opening, keep the cork and receipt, and ensure that 80% of the wine is still in the bottle.

What if I did not like the wine I chose?
