About the winery and the wine
The family of the winery acquired Longfield Farm in 1870, where the vines are located. The 260Ha farm has changed significantly over the last 150 years, with six families participating. What hasn't changed, though, is the family's dedication to producing the best goods possible while preserving the land for coming generations.
 
Tasting notes
Vibrant tones of guava and passionfruit from tropical fruits. hints of pineapple, lime zest, and lemongrass. The wine has a long and lingering finish due to its fruit-forward, intense palate and well-balanced acidity.
 
What to pair with Wild Willow Sauvignon Blanc?
This wine pairs very well with seafood, especially shellfish and spicy Thai and Indian curries. With cheese it will go very well with a young Brie.
