Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 chopped red onion (not included)

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not included)

- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley (not included)

- 1 can (400g) Piquillo peppers (Leyenda from Spain)

-  1 can (120g) Bonito del Norte white tuna in olive oil (Conservas de Cambados from Spain)

- 1 freshly baked half baguette

 

Mix onion, mayonnaise, parsley and tuna together, season with salt and pepper. Fill the Piquillo pepper with the Tuna mayo mix, place on top of sliced bread. Easy!
