Very fresh nose with clear aromas of cherry and currants. Good body, good structure, well-balanced and with a harmonic structure. The after taste confirms the notes in the bouquet. Awesome with cured ham, cold cuts and great for meaty and red sauce pasta dishes, pizza too!
