Sarriegui potato chips are made by hand, the result of experience and know-how acquired in their small shop in the Old Town of San Sebastian.

The aroma of the truffle comes to you in two stages, first through the nose and then in the mouth. It is well known that the use of truffles can be perilous... However, here, the levels of truffle aroma have been just right: enough to keep the essence while avoiding general overpowering. And here is another great factor of overall balance: the salt point. So this is a superb snack, and a very well presented one at that.
