About the Wine maker

Franck Massard has a extensive experience as a sommelier as he was the best sommelier in the UK and has worked all over the world. Then, in 2004, he decided to make a foray into the other side, and became a winemaker. So now Franck lives among vines, tanks and barrels.

Moreover, Franck Massard has not limited himself to one territory. He, who is French, discovered the Spanish vineyard and was fascinated. Thus he became a globetrotter in the Spanish territory. Although the wines are very different from each other and each project has its own intrahistory, its own concept and its own personality, there is a common denominator in all of them. Franck elaborates with the most absolute respect, he does not impose but rather allows the grape to express itself and that each wine is the faithful reflection of the place where it is born and the grape that composes it.

Tasting notes

This cava has a bright gold colour with green tinges and threads of fine bubbles. On the nose, it is fresh and inviting mainly reminiscent of bramley apples with a touch of biscuit. The taste combines citrusy flavours and hazelnut finishing with an almost creamy texture. We believe that these are the hallmark of a wine made with great attention both in the vineyard and the winery.
