About the winery and the wine
Founded in the seventeenth century in the northern part of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, Domaine Jean Fournier produces red, white, and rosé wines under distinct appellations from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune. The property cultivates its vineyards and makes wines with an organic agriculture certification.
Vats welcome 25% whole grapes, with moderate punching down and pumping over. Spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. The aging in oak barrels lasts for 12 months, then 4 months in stainless steel vats
 
Tasting notes
The nose is frank and graceful with aromas of sour cherry and fresh raspberry. The palate is full, fleshy and balanced, this Cuvee will delight you with its energy, freshness and tangy touch.
