About the winery and the wine
Property of the Daniel family and his heirs since 1753, the vineyard, in the shape of a cape, is rooted in the Dentelles de Montmirail at an altitude of more than 400m. The vines are over 35 years old. The winemaker's know-how passed down for generations reveals a powerful and generous wine. The concentration of the estate's wines is unique due to the altitude and the limestone soils that make up the estate. Today, Laure Daniel-Laborde is at the head of this property steeped in history.
 
The greatest care has been taken in the vinification of this Côtes du Rhône, which combines traditional methods and modern techniques. Our cellar master, guarantor of the Domaine's identity, vinifies in stainless steel vats by carefully controlling the temperatures to preserve the fruits and aromas.
 
Tasting notes
A powerful and full-bodied wine with a beautiful aromatic complexity where aromas of black fruits and red fruits mingle. This wine is ideal to pair with with hard cheeses and red meats.
