Corazon thinks that by double distilling the product before adding oxygen and bottling it, the subtle agave flavors from the estate-grown agave plants in the Los Altos region of Mexico are preserved. Sweet citrus tastes give way to an expressive nose of baked agave, grilled pineapple, and a hint of herbaceousness. Peaches and pears are suggested by the extremely fruity scent. Taste-wise, it's more green and lean, with agave smoothing out the black and jalapeño peppers. Only the Finish has a hint of fruitiness.
