From the family owned winery, Viña Zorzal Nat´Cool is naturally “cool and funky”. It represents an innovative concept initiated by Dirk Niepoort, in which various producers came together to create light and easy-drinking wines. It was brought to Metro Manila, Philippines for you.

About the winery and the wine
Viña Zorzal history started in 1989, the year in which Antonio Sanz fulfilled his dream of making his own wines in Navarra, after all his life dedicated to the world of wine.
To achieve this, he soon realized that in addition to the work in the winery, it was essential to take care of and pamper his vineyards. Today, his children, we see how important his decision was to be able to do something special in this exciting world of wine.
This is the philosophy that Antonio instilled in his sons since their young age and with this concept the new project was born in 2007: Viña Zorzal. Antonio is no longer alone; his children are managing the winery.
Today, the dream of the 3 brothers finally came true. 3 hard years of work that finally had their reward, 3 personalities, 3 labels, a single wine. This is how our most unique Viña Zorzal wine was born, each bottle of this wine is conceived as a work of art.
Hand-picked grapes. Exhaustive selection of grapes in the vineyard (knowing than the wine is 12%). 100% Destemmed grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank and a concrete tank, The concrete tank was full with the wine until It was bottled in March 2020
 
Tasting notes
Clean, high intensity aromas of red fruit such us raspberry, strawberry, red cheery, also black pepper and earthy notes. Dry and fresh, soft tannins and medium body. Red fruits flavours, mineral hints and a long finish.
 
What to pair with Viña Zorzal Nat’Cool?
This wine matches very well with stews, game and meat dishes. It would go wonderfully with our Jamon Serrano and Salchichon Iberico.
