About the winery and the wine

Belleruche Blanc comes from vineyards planted mainly on stony marl and clay-limestone soils in the southern Rhône. These well-drained soils help the grapes reach good maturity while preserving freshness. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their aromatic qualities. After gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for five months on fine lees, giving it additional roundness and texture.

Tasting Notes

Bright golden yellow in colour, with an expressive nose of apricot, white flowers and subtle fennel. The palate is smooth and rounded, balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish is elegant and slightly aniseed, with a pleasant freshness that makes the wine easy to enjoy.

What to Pair with Belleruche Blanc?

Great to enjoy with seafood and grilled fish, it will also pair really well with hard cheeses with nutty style such as a Comté.
