On the nose, it presents citric aromas, some stone fruits with peach or apricot, and few notes of fennel. In the mouth it is complex yet balanced, dense and with a nice unctuosity. Great with seabass, salads, and some rich dishes like a mushroom risotto. Good to enjoy with hard cheeses too.
